The do's and the don't's of 2010

We are, here at the Headquarter, with all our heart trying hard to accomplish it all. But frankly, some of the lines down there are just too hard to follow. Maybe you, this year can try and be the super lady and put a check on our many New Year Resolution.

What's your personal New Year Resolution?

Health :

1. Drink more plenty of water.

2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a king and dinner like a beggar.
( mostly we eat like a beggar all the time, that is in our dictionary "eat like there's no food tomorrow" )

3. Live with the 3 E's (Energy, enthusiasm and Empathy)

4. Move from the couch and do something else rather than watching TV. Play games, work out, meditation there are plenty else.

5. Read more books than you did last year. Or at least buy, it's a good decoration or better, self image.

6. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day and think about what you've done, what you've accomplished, where you stand today, what you're going to do and how it's going to be done.


Personality

7. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

8. Don't have negative thoughts of things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the present moment.

9. Don't over do. Keep your limits.

10. Don't take yourself too seriously. No one else does.

11. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip. (this one is hard)

12. Dream more while you're awake.

13. What is envy? you already have all you need.

14. Forget issues of the past if forgiving is still too hard.

15. No one is in charge of your happiness except yourself.

16. Smile and laugh more. You deserve it.
