Are you ready for an adventure? My best friend is asking me to attend this food conference in Florence and write about Triora, a little hilltop town in the northwest region of Liguria. Actually I hate to leave New York when its raining like today, but a trip to Italy! Who could have missed that? I wager that the view there is amazing, this could be my ticket to be a professional photographer. I'm at JFK now, drinking my coffee under the lovely rain waiting for my flight. I just can't wait to develop my film once I'm done taking the pictures there. It'll be thrilling.

The stories of Janeville

Janeville has been through a whole deal of roller coaster ride since we first started at 2006. With our first collection "the Enchanted Forest". And, our unforgettable smashing hit launching party around mid 2007 at Magenta.

Since our early year, Janeville collection has been known for the fun designs, not only that, each bag tells a story of why it’s designed the way it is and how the concept was made. We feel that it’s important to share a little about us, because all of our bags are a direct expression of ourselves & we hope you can find something in our character that you can relate with.

Along the way we evolved. And sometimes we like to be more quirky, more edgy than just the sweet summer English cottage feeling. So we decided to create an different event.

Oh wow..its thursday already..

This week went so fast..

Can u imagine its already Thursday again.. as if yesterday was monday..
Oh well.. we don't think we miss anything exciting though..
and then next thing we know we're coming to weekend again..
we adore Friday...

This Winter, we're putting our mind and our soul to make a tribute to the city.

We've always thought of Janeville as an imaginary place we created to patch the unlimited character of girls out there.

Nothing can excel our winter excitement. we're like balloons ready to pop.
Like all girls, Janeville are evolving through the years. From the girl next door to the confident girl sitting next to you, that stole the lightning in the room .

We're hoping this season could be the benchmark of our new image.
The wacky-fun-loving girl is getting smarter.

Based on that wishful thinking, this season Janeville is working things out with our favorite person in the whole world, who is apparently a marvelous artist, Eko Bintang for our brand new ad campaign..You can check his amazing art here and here

It's raining Cats and Dogs..

Hello Janevillers..

The Sun came up pretty terrific this morning. Chirpy birds. Warm weathers.
But apparently, it didn't last long..
Its only 12.37 and rain is pouring down the town wet.
and we're here discussing what to have for our 2nd lunch.. which will about to happen in 2 hours..
we don't do snack here, we feast...

we're really psyched to have a new blog!

Welcome to JANEVILLE blog. As always, we’ve worked our tails off to meet the deadline
for us to get this blog ready to launch. Please, excuse us with the plain feature, we are randomly technologically inept with certain things. I got a feeling we'll get better. (crossing our fingers)

It feels like we’ve started the year on the right foot, you know.
We finally moved to the new kick-ass office/showroom, with gigantic Andy Warhol picture (seriously, you guys gotta come down & check it out,
cos it beats any other office you’ve ever seen, trust me).

We couldn’t have done it without the support of you guys, of course. Your growing interest & demand is
what keeping us in the business so we really, really, REALLY appreciate it. That’s why we decided to keep you posted on every new progress along the way
, so you can have an early peek of what’s coming up next season as well as buy some of them at a discounted price.

Anyway, just be sure that there will be much much more surprises coming from us.
